MET GALA: WHO SERVED!

Well well well…… I know it’s been a nice minute since I’ve given you a Blog (we’ll catch up in the next post) but the Met Gala happened last night and I couldn’t let the day go by without sharing some of my fave looks from the night. This is one of my fave songs from Cardi B.’s Invasion of Privacy and I was really hoping a video was up next for this track. Welp, my wishes were granted and the video for “Ring” was released just yesterday. If you haven’t gotten a chance to check it out, you can watch below. If you’ve been following my writing for a while, then you know that I love me some Red Carpets. I’m anxious to see who’s wearing what, who’s coming with who, and I just get to daydream on my moment that I’m on that carpet doing interviews. It’s just all something super exciting for me and VMA’s carpet looks never let me down. Oh, hey Cardi B. and Offset……. and Congrats to you all again. We’ve been handing out congrats since we found out about the baby and now we can pop some bottles for the newlyweds. Cardi made the announcement via her Twitter account, and while she doesn’t owe us anything from her private life, I’m glad that she decided to share this news with the fans.

Hey Cardi Hey! We see you still working and getting sh*t done, even while expecting a little one. The pregnant rapper has been dropping videos left and right, and honestly, I’m here for them all! This latest video comes from my favorite song off of Bodak Yellow, “I Like It”. The theme of the video is exactly how I imagined it would be too! Check it out below.

Hey Baby Cardi and Offset, we’ve been waiting for you to reveal yourself. The rumors had been going crazy saying that Cardi B was pregnant, but she would never confirm anything….. up until now! I know I was not the only thirsty one, waiting for the reveal, but I promise I wasn’t trying to be nosey….. okay maybe a little but I’m legit happy for her. Cardi’s 2017 was magical, she really showed how much hard work pays off….. and how you can’t stop what God has planned for a person.

Oh, Hey Cardi….. First off, CONGRATS on going Gold the first damn day the album dropped!! You can tell that we been waiting on this album to drop girl! Did you all get a chance to check it out yet? I listened to the album this morning while I cooked breakfast and cleaned up a little and I moved throughout the whole thing. Invasion of Privacy is everything that I imagined it would be, I didn’t have one let down!

If you enjoy Ratchet TV Mondays like myself, then you definitely got to catch the World Premiere for Cardi B‘s Bartier Cardi. I don’t know what I was expecting the video to be, but watching it wasn’t at all what I was thinking it would be. That’s not a bad thing though, I actually liked the video. Did you get to see it?!
